2. Problem Statement
The client needed an online presence that highlighted their expertise and convenience as a mobile service provider. The website had to: Educate users about the benefits of window repair and tinting. Showcase the client’s professionalism and reliability. Make it easy for customers to request quotes or book services.

3. Research & Insights
User Research - Conducted interviews with potential customers to understand their needs (e.g., ease of booking, trustworthiness, service clarity).Explored competitors’ websites to identify gaps and opportunities.

Key Findings - Customers value clear pricing, testimonials, and examples of previous work. Mobile accessibility is critical for users who want to book services on the go.

4. Design Process
1. Empathy Map & Persona Creation - Created a customer persona, "Busy Vehicle Owner," focusing on convenience, trust, and fast service.
2. Wireframes - Low-fidelity sketches focused on intuitive navigation and clear call-to-action placement. Iterated based on feedback to create high-fidelity wireframes.
3. Visual Design - Used a clean, professional aesthetic with automotive-inspired colors (e.g., sleek blacks, metallic grays, and tints of blue).Integrated the brand identity through typography and logo placement.
4. Interaction Design - Designed interactive elements like service categories and a quote request form. I focused on creating a seamless user flow from landing page to booking.

5. Final Solution

Service Overview: Highlighted repair and tint services with visuals and detailed descriptions.
Testimonials Section: Including customer reviews to build trust.
